Important Rules for Our Owners and Guests

Welcome to Outdoor Resort Palm Springs. We're very pleased that you have chosen to spend some time at our Resort, and hope that you have a wonderful visit. Whether you'll be with us for days, weeks, or months, we want you to enjoy your visit.

You should have received an Outdoor Resort Guest Guide upon your check-in at our Sales/Rental office. This full color guide contains a map of the Resort in addition to important rules and information about the Resort. If you don't have a Guest Guide, we'll happily provide one upon request.

Outdoor Resort Palm Springs endeavors to provide a first - quality RV Resort experience for Owners and guests.

• Outdoor Resort Palm Springs is a community of privately owned lots, some of which are available for lease when not occupied by the Owners. Because ALL LOTS are privately owned, Rules and Regulations are strictly enforced.
• SPEED - The speed limit within the Resort is 10 mph for all vehicles, bicycles, and skaters.
• DRIVERS - Drivers of golf carts must have a valid driver's license.
• PROHIBITED VEHICLES include all off-road vehicles, skateboards, scooters, and remote controlled toys.
• PETS are not allowed on the golf course, and may relieve themselves only on the lot on which the pet is domiciled. (Dog Run located adjacent to Main Laundry.)
• PETS must be kept on a 6' leash (maximum) whenever they are outside the RV.
• PETS are not to be left unattended on a lot for an extended period of time.
• PARKING: No street parking is allowed in the Resort. Overnight parking in common areas is prohibited without a permit, which must be clearly visible at all times in the windshield of the vehicle.
• PARKING on an adjacent lot is prohibited without obtaining and displaying an "Owner to Owner" permission tag from Resort Security.
• QUIET HOURS are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Noises that cause a disturbance or annoy neighbors day or night will not be tolerated. Generators will not be operated within the Resort at any time.

Noncompliance of Resort Rules will result in termination of Rental Agreements and expulsion from the Resort with possible liability exposure and forfeiture of Rents and Fees.
